The Isolo B & B in Monzambano was designed and built in one of the finest natural settings in Lombardy, the Mincio Regional Park.
Constructed in an area which was initially designed as a water mill, Isolo instantly appears to be a small green island bordered by the River Mincio and Virgilio Canal. The Mantova-Peschiera del Garda cycle path is just a stone's throw away, as is the historic town centre where you can admire the castle, the imposing church and the Arts and Crafts Square overlooking the valley.
With the change of season, guests can enjoy the glow of fireflies, the woodpecker, the kingfisher, the heron which arrives at dawn on the pond opposite, the passage of cormorants as well as the colours and scents of a luxuriant nature and one that has been protected down through the years.
